the rings around the death toll are the percentage of population killed. there are different number of rings around the death toll. i am still trying to figure out a way to to make the icon like i have for death toll and magnitude on the bottom left.

I have added a slight texture behind the letters.

working with the new logo, also trying to create a folder for the stationary.

some new logo options. i like the one on the left. still keeping with the octagon shape but not making it look like the dharma logo from lost.

the inspiration was from this image.

this is the old logo

new vs. old

trying to now get my logo up to par with the rest of the thesis. the logo seems to simple.

what are thoughts on the "spiro-graph" look vs. the old simple look?

for some reason when i post on here the blue gets lighter. the blue is supposed to be a little darker. helps with the contrast.

i am adding little information on the bottom, such as magnitude and the percentage of the population killed by the earthquake.

i put texture because i wanted to give it that feel of an old map. but not overpowering.

taking the qr code and making it my own. so using the same technology but redesigning it to fit my company.

started my third book cover. not sure which approach i like better.
